Our Story
A Message from our Founder, Dr. Cole Webb.
CraftED didn’t begin with a single idea; it began with a series of realizations.
It was seeing Amazon on over half my bank statement, month after month. It was watching my utility bills climb, while local families struggled to keep up. It was noticing automated checkouts replacing people, and family-run businesses closing their doors.
And most of all, it was hearing my students ask, “What’s the point of trying?” What should have been the most hopeful time in their lives had been drowned in pessimism.
So I asked myself: How can we expect the next generation to believe they can change the world if we aren’t willing to try ourselves?
That’s why I founded Craft Educations, to change the world.
At CraftED, we’ve developed innovative, industry-aligned training programs that not only train workers in vital skills but build the confidence and self awareness to find meaningful careers in the sectors that matter most. We believe your business is your talent, your craft, so share it with the world. We want to help businesses that are ready to grow by building reliable pipelines of skilled, loyal talent.
From energy and healthcare to advanced manufacturing and beyond, we’re creating future-proof workforce solutions that work for everyone.
Because when we invest in our Craft, the possibilities are endless.

Our Mission
At CraftED, we are committed to helping individuals build meaningful, future-proof careers in an era increasingly defined by automation and AI-driven disruption. As critical industries across the U.S. face widening skill gaps, from clean energy to advanced manufacturing to healthcare, we connect people to hands-on training, real job pathways, and the confidence to lead in tomorrow’s economy. At the same time, we support the growth of small and mid-sized businesses, helping them develop the kind of skilled, loyal workforce they need to compete in a landscape dominated by corporate consolidation. By designing custom apprenticeship pipelines and cultivating leadership from within, we empower businesses to thrive, and people to innovate.
At CraftED, we believe the future of work doesn’t belong to monopolies, it belongs to makers, mentors, and main-street entrepreneurs. We exist to empower small businesses to grow, thrive, and compete, not conform or collapse under a corporate powergrab.
